Administrative Leadership: Former Director of the Changhua County Featured Study Tour Center; Curriculum Supervisor at the Education Department, Changhua County Government.
Professional Training: Completed the 175th Elementary School Principal Training and 149th Director Training at the National Academy for Educational Research (NAER).
Specialized Advocacy: Counselor for the Changhua County Human Rights Education Counseling Group; Organizer for the Sports Medicine Section of the National Middle School Athletic Games.
Sustainability & Resource Integration:
Contributed to Changhua County’s 2024 SDGs Sustainable City Survey project (published by Business Today), winning the National Excellence Award for Sustainable Innovation (Social Power)—the only one of its kind in Taiwan.
Vice Convener of the "Remote and Non-Mountain/Non-Urban Education Resource Center" in Changhua County, managing principal communities, teacher empowerment, and student study tours.
